Broken foot upon arrival and shipping took a hot minute. But the figure itself is great quality aside from being badly packaged and damaged. Will have to glue it back together. At first i thought they shipped it without the foot but found it tangled in her lap, which was a relief.

First, the support from the seller was amazing! The item came well packed in a box with bubble wrap but had a broken foot. After talking with their very responsive and friendly support rather than sending the item back for a refund, I paid for the shipping to get a replacement shipped that same day.

The new figure arrived today and is in perfect condition. It was also shipped in a box with bubble wrap, which is nice to see. The details on the figure are wonderful with no blemishes or issues.

The figure is very good, more than I expected it to have an original box, but it is the least, for me, the only thing that worried me at the time is the fact that it was too late, at least they notified me that there were problems, But the truth here, the only thing that matters is that it has arrived in good condition and that the figure is of good quality, which seemed perfect to me.
